We offer a variety of cheeses for wholesale purchase (restaurants, retail stores, private chefs). Since our milk and cheese production are seasonal, our offerings vary weekly. If you are interested in purchasing from us, please contact us to open an account and sign up for our weekly wholesale email of cheese availability, including ordering and fulfillment deadlines.

 

We currently serve Champaign-Urbana, Bloomington-Normal, Springfield, St Louis metro, and limited metro Chicago areas with local delivery 5 days per week.

Our local deliveries are managed by our sister company, Central Illinois Bakehouse. If you have an account with them, please click below to go to your wholesale online ordering log in page.
