Tour fees for Champaign-Urbana public schools, grades K-12 as well as UIUC VetMed affiliated student groups, are waived.
Friday Farm Tour
Join us Friday afternoons at 3:00 PM for a behind-the-scenes tour of Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery—a working, regenerative dairy farm in the heart of the prairie. Your ticket includes a 45-minute guided walking tour where you’ll visit our barns, meet the animals, and learn about our approach to sustainable farming.
You'll hear about how we care for the land, our herd, and how we craft our award-winning cheeses. The tour wraps up with a guided cheese tasting featuring seasonal selections made right here on the farm. We will gather near the Red Shed and begin promptly at 3:00 PM, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Come curious, leave inspired (and full of cheese)!
