Each month, you’ll receive four exceptional cheeses, primarily from our own farmstead creamery, alongside a rotating cast of artisan producers we admire from across the Midwest and beyond.
Our goats are raised right here on our Champaign farm, and many of the cheeses in your box begin with their milk, crafted and aged on-site and shaped by the season. What you receive is what we are most excited about right now, cheeses coming into their own and tasting their best.
This is a collection rooted in our place and our people, with a few thoughtful additions from other makers doing beautiful work.
