Our Angel Food is a petite bloomy-rind cheese inspired by classic crottin-style rounds—small, delicate, and full of character. Each wheel develops a soft white rind, lending subtle notes of fresh mushrooms and cream.
 
The interior remains gently firm at the center, softening slightly with age while maintaining its structure. The result is a balanced, approachable cheese with a creamy texture and a clean, nuanced finish.
 
Crafted from a blend of our goat milk and pastured Jersey cow milk from Kilgus Farmstead in Fairbury, Angel Food reflects both the quality of our milk and the richness of our local partnerships.
 
Seasonally available as Snow Angel (all cow’s milk) and Arch Angel (all goat’s milk).
 
Perfect for a cheese board or enjoyed simply with a crusty baguette.
