A One-of-a-Kind Farm Experience with Aristotle & Socrates

Slow down, explore, and connect with nature alongside two of our most charming farm residents. Our Pack Goat Picnic Adventure offers a private, 90-minute reserved experience where you and up to 5 friends or family members can hike our scenic trails with Aristotle and Socrates - our trained pack goats - as your companions.

How It Works: Your adventure begins at the trailhead, where you'll meet your goat companions, already outfitted with packs containing your picnic provisions. Follow the meandering trail through pasture and prairie, around our beautiful lake. Stop at the Pack Goat Station - a dedicated rest area on the far side of the lake - where you can unpack your meal, relax by the water, and enjoy quality time with Aristotle and Socrates. After your picnic, complete the loop back to the trailhead.

Picnic Provisions: Browse our selection of farm-fresh grab-n-go items and beverages available for purchase on-site. Your selections will be packed into the goat packs before your hike. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to make your selections. (Outside food and drink not permitted.)

Cost: $107 per reservation (covers up to 6 people)
Duration: 90 minutes
Availability: Wednesdays 4-5:30pm, Sundays 1-2:30pm & 2:45-4:15pm (through November)
Group Size: Maximum 6 people per reservation
Supervision: One adult required for every child present
Reservation: One ticket = one complete reservation for your group
