About the event

Unwind at the farm: Breath, Movement & Fascia

Saturday, August 22, 2026

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

$55 per person

Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with your body in this restorative UNWIND: Breath, Movement & Fascia workshop. Through a calming blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and fascial release, you'll experience a gentle practice designed to cultivate relaxation, grounded awareness, and whole-body rejuvenation.

Fascial Maneuvers are gentle movements combined with intentional breath that help release the body's fascial network from the inside out. By encouraging ease within this connective tissue system, these practices can improve mobility, reduce tension, and promote a greater sense of balance and resilience.

Whether you're looking to relieve stress, move with greater freedom, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening of self-care, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down and restore.

What You'll Do

During this guided 90-minute experience, you'll be led through a series of breathwork exercises, mindful movement, and Fascial Maneuvers designed to help release tension and reconnect you with the living network of your body.

The session emphasizes gentle, accessible movements that encourage relaxation while improving body awareness and mobility. Throughout the workshop, you'll be invited to move at your own pace in a supportive, small-group environment.
