Give yourself permission to slow down and restore in The Rested Mind, a calming group experience designed to support burnout recovery, nervous system regulation, and sustainable stress relief. Through guided reflection, gentle movement, intentional breathwork, visualization, and an immersive sound bath, you'll learn simple practices to help you move out of "fight or flight" mode and into a state of greater ease and balance.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this workshop offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

What You'll Do

The experience begins with a brief discussion about the inner stories we tell ourselves and how they influence our body's stress response. You'll learn simple tools for working with your body chemistry to help shift from chronic stress into a calmer, more regulated state.

Next, you'll be guided through optional gentle movement and mindful breathing exercises designed to quiet the mind and reconnect you with your body.

Once you're comfortably settled, you'll experience a guided visualization and energy-clearing meditation tailored to the needs of the group. The session concludes with an immersive sound bath, allowing you to fully relax as soothing vibrations encourage deep rest and renewal.
