In this immersive class, you’ll explore what makes paella truly authentic, from selecting the right rice to achieving the perfect socarrat, the signature crispy layer at the bottom of the pan.
What You'll Do
In this interactive cooking experience, you’ll prepare paella step-by-step using traditional methods and specialized equipment. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor, manage heat, and balance ingredients to create a cohesive and satisfying dish.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created your own paella and gained the skills to confidently recreate it at home.

Parking: General parking is available in the gravel lot. ADA parking is located south of the farmhouse. The classroom is in the white building with black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store at the front of the building.
