In this immersive, hands-on workshop, Maria Ayala—founder of Pueblito Nature—will guide you through the journey of chocolate from rainforest to finished treat. You’ll explore where cacao grows, taste a variety of chocolates, and learn the difference between artisan and mass-produced chocolate.
You’ll then dive into the chocolate-making process, focusing on tempering and molding your own confections using ethically sourced cacao. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into how sustainable practices support communities and protect rainforest ecosystems.

Parking & Location:
You can find general parking in the gravel lot. An ADA parking pad is available south of the Farm house. The classroom is located in the white building with the black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the Farm store in the front of the building.
