Whether you're picking up a needle for the first time or looking to build a stronger embroidery foundation, Stitch Camp is a six-week series designed to help you grow your hand embroidery skills one stitch at a time. Each session focuses on a new family of stitches, giving you the opportunity to practice essential techniques while creating a beautiful stitch sampler you can reference long after the class ends.

Join us for a single class or attend the full series to develop a versatile embroidery toolkit and gain the confidence to tackle your own creative projects.

Week 1: Stitch in a Row

Our first session lays the foundation for everything to come. You'll learn five of the most versatile and commonly used embroidery stitches: the straight stitch, running stitch, couching stitch, split stitch, and outline stitch. These essential techniques form the building blocks for countless embroidery patterns and designs.

With guided instruction and plenty of time to practice, you'll create a stitched sampler while learning proper thread handling, stitch placement, and tips for achieving clean, even results.

Parking & Location:

You can find general parking in the gravel lot. An ADA parking pad is available south of the Farm house. The classroom is located in the white building with the black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the Farm store in the front of the building.
