About Your Presenter
Emily Harmon is a Family Life Educator with Illinois Extension serving Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, and Vermilion Counties. A Champaign County native with bachelor's and master's degrees from Eastern Illinois University, Emily specializes in healthy living, healthy aging, and social-emotional health programming.
Emily is passionate about providing resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions to improve their overall well-being. She is a certified Real Colors Facilitator and Farm Stress Train-the-Trainer, bringing evidence-based approaches to building resilience in individuals and communities.
