Learn essential self-care strategies for caregivers on Thursday, March 19 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Prairie Fruits Farm Classroom.

Caregiving is rewarding, but it's also demanding. Many caregivers experience difficult emotions, stress, and burnout while supporting loved ones. This workshop focuses on practical coping strategies and self-care techniques to help you sustain yourself while caring for others.

Parking & Location

You can find general parking in the gravel lot. An ADA parking pad is available south of the Farm house. The classroom is located in the white building with the black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store in the front section of the building.
