Join Luscious Leaves for Mossscape Studio, a calming and creative hands-on workshop where participants will design their own framed preserved moss artwork inspired by the principles of biophilic design. This beginner-friendly experience invites guests to slow down, work with natural textures, and create a one-of-a-kind botanical art piece that brings the beauty of nature indoors.

Held at Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery, this immersive workshop blends creativity, design, and natural materials in a peaceful studio setting. Using preserved mosses and carefully curated organic accents, participants will build layered, landscape-inspired compositions inside a modern frame, creating artwork that feels both grounding and refined.

What You'll Do

During this guided workshop, each participant will create a 14" x 11" framed moss wall piece using a curated selection of preserved mosses, natural textures, and botanical accents. Guests will begin with a moss base and then layer different moss varieties to create depth, movement, and an organic landscape-like composition.

Participants will also have access to a thoughtfully curated moss and texture bar featuring accent mosses, driftwood, bark, stones, seed pods, and dried botanical elements that allow each artwork to feel personal and unique while maintaining a clean, moss-forward aesthetic.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished framed moss artwork ready to display in your home or workspace.

Parking: General parking is available in the gravel lot. ADA parking is located south of the farmhouse. The classroom is in the white building with black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store at the front of the building.
