What This Workshop Is About

Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck? This session is designed to help you slow down, clear mental clutter, and find your center again. Led by Alexa Davis of Ambitiously Alexa, this workshop focuses on practical journaling techniques you can use whenever life feels too heavy or too fast.

This is not about fancy journaling spreads or writing a certain way. It's about creating a sustainable practice that actually helps you feel better—more grounded, more present, more clear-headed.

What You'll Experience

Through guided prompts and reflection exercises, you'll explore:

  • Releasing what's weighing you down

  • Reconnecting with what matters most to you

  • Creating clarity when everything feels foggy

  • Building a journaling practice that fits your real life

  • Tools for processing emotions and stress on your own terms

Whether you've never journaled before or you have a daily practice, you'll leave with techniques you can return to anytime you need to reset.

About Your Facilitator

Alexa Davis is the founder of Ambitiously Alexa, a self-care brand helping thousands of busy women prevent burnout through practical journaling tools. With a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University and years of experience as a content strategist, Alexa combines psychological insight with real-world practicality.

A Champaign resident, Alexa is passionate about making self-care accessible for people with non-stop schedules. Her approach focuses on three key areas: self-care (taking action), self-love (acceptance), and self-discovery (understanding who you are). She believes journaling should fit into your life—not add more pressure to it.
