This welcoming, hands-on workshop is designed for plant lovers of all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned plant parents looking to refresh their skills.

Held at Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery, this interactive workshop combines practical houseplant education with the fun of potting your very own plant to take home. Kristyn will guide participants through the essentials of indoor plant care while sharing expert tips to help your houseplants thrive long after the class ends.

What You'll Do

This guided workshop begins with an introduction to houseplant basics, including selecting the right plants for your environment, understanding planter sizes, repotting techniques, watering and lighting needs, and identifying common pests. Participants will then choose and repot their own houseplant with hands-on guidance from Kristyn.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a newly potted plant and the confidence to care for it at home.

Parking: General parking is available in the gravel lot. ADA parking is located south of the farmhouse. The classroom is in the white building with black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store at the front of the building.
