Our bees have had a good season, and it's showing up on the table.
Join us for a Farm to Table Honey Dinner, Thursday August 13th for a four course meal from the Caprae team built around honey harvested right here on the farm.
Two seatings available:
4:00pm — Honey hive tour, followed by dinner at 4:30pm
6:30pm — Honey hive tour, followed by dinner at 7:00pm
Before dinner, walk out to the hives with Kelly Lay, our farm educator who manages the bees. She'll show you where they've been foraging this season and how that shapes the flavor in your glass and on your plate.
Then settle into four courses that put honey to work in ways you might not expect, as a glaze, a background note, a finishing touch. Each guest takes home a small jar of our honey.
$65 per person
$35 optional beverage pairing
