Dip, drizzle, and discover the incredible variety of flavors hiding in your pantry staples! Join us at the beautiful Prairie Fruits Farm for an immersive, beginner-friendly class exploring the world of extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars — from the groves and barrels they come from, straight to your palate.
What You’ll Do
Taste your way through a curated flight of extra virgin olive oils — traditional, fused, and infused — paired with fresh bread (gluten-free available). Then explore the depth and complexity of 12, 18, and 25-year aged balsamic vinegars, sampled alongside drinks and possibly some of Prairie Fruits Farm’s own fresh goat cheese and crackers. You’ll leave with new favorites, new knowledge, and a new appreciation for what’s on your table.

About Your Instructor
Ronnette is the owner of Olive & Orchard Co., a boutique shop specializing in ultra-premium olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, and artisanal fare. Her journey into the world of liquid gold started the way the best stories do — stumbling into a little shop in Cottonwood, Arizona, tasting everything in sight, and leaving with arms full of bottles and a brand new passion.
A mom of four and devoted homebody at heart, Ronnette’s driving force has always been simple: life is too short not to eat good food. What started as a desire to bring bold, beautiful flavors to her own family’s table quickly grew into a mission to share that joy with everyone. Olive & Orchard Co. celebrated its first anniversary this June.
Ronnette brings hands-on product training and genuine enthusiasm to everything she teaches. Her favorite part? Watching a first-time taster’s face light up the moment they realize olive oil isn’t just olive oil — or convincing a self-proclaimed vinegar skeptic to try a balsamic that matches their favorite fruit. Spoiler: it works every time.

Parking: General parking is available in the gravel lot. ADA parking is located south of the farmhouse. The classroom is in the white building with black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the farm store at the front of the building.
