Designed for those newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or looking to refresh their knowledge, this class offers practical, research-based guidance to help you better understand and manage diabetes in everyday life.

Each week, we’ll explore key topics that help build a clear foundation for diabetes management. Beginning with the different types of diabetes, risk factors, and symptoms, the series will move into nutrition, meal planning, and lifestyle strategies that support healthy blood sugar management.

Through guided discussions and practical examples, you’ll learn how to make informed choices about food, understand how carbohydrates affect blood sugar, and develop realistic habits that support long-term health.
