An interactive, educational beer and cheese tasting with David Phillips, American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Chicago Beer Society board member.
Taste flights of craft beer paired with cheese while David walks through what actually separates an ale from a lager, and how hops shape a beer's character in three distinct ways. Learn why a lager might sit well with one cheese while a hazy IPA or hefeweizen brings out the tang in a fresh chèvre, and what's happening behind those pairings.
