Art at the Farm: Stained Glass Tulips
Experience Level: Beginner

Create a beautiful stained glass tulip on Friday, March 20 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at Prairie Fruits Farm Classroom.
Using traditional copper foil techniques, you'll learn to cut glass, apply foil, solder, and finish a stained glass piece ready to hang. This beginner-friendly workshop teaches the fundamentals of stained glass artistry while creating a spring-themed piece you'll be proud to display.
$80 per person.

About Your Instructor
Kari Keller is Director and Instructor at Prism Community Art School, where she teaches stained glass, painting, and mosaic. A multidisciplinary artist working in Champaign-Urbana since 2008, Kari specializes in making traditional craft techniques accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level.
Her teaching philosophy emphasizes process over perfection, creating a supportive environment where students can explore their creativity. Kari's expertise in stained glass makes even complex techniques feel achievable.
What's Included: All materials (glass, foil, solder, tools), step-by-step instruction, finished stained glass tulip to take home
Parking & Location
You can find general parking in the gravel lot. An ADA parking pad is available south of the Farm house. The classroom is located in the white building with the black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the Farm store in the front of the building.
