What You'll Learn

Under the guidance of local artist and instructor Kari Keller, you'll discover the fundamentals of mosaic art—from composition and design to proper adhesive techniques and grouting. No prior experience necessary.

About Your Instructor

Kari Keller is Director and Instructor at Prism Community Art School, where she teaches stained glass, acrylic painting, and mosaic art. A multidisciplinary artist who has called Champaign-Urbana home since 2008, Kari believes art should be accessible to everyone. Her teaching style focuses on building technical skills while nurturing creative confidence, making even complex techniques approachable for beginners.
