About the event

A Provençal Summer Menu

July 8, 2026, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

$69 per person

Transport yourself to the sun-drenched countryside of southern France in this hands-on culinary workshop inspired by the flavors, ingredients, and traditions of Provence. From fragrant herbs and seasonal vegetables to creamy chèvre and perfectly grilled lamb, you'll learn how simple ingredients come together to create elegant and memorable meals.

Drawing from the rustic sophistication of Provençal cooking, this workshop explores the techniques and flavor combinations that define one of France's most beloved regional cuisines. You'll discover how fresh herbs, olive oil, vegetables, and carefully prepared proteins create dishes that are both refined and deeply satisfying.

What You'll Do

During this immersive cooking experience, you'll prepare a complete Provençal-inspired menu while learning the techniques behind each dish. Working alongside fellow participants, you'll create an aioli with seasonal vegetables and seafood, individual chèvre and leek galettes, herb-marinated butterflied leg of lamb, and classic ratatouille.

As you cook, you'll explore the principles of balancing flavors, layering textures, and highlighting seasonal ingredients. You'll gain practical skills that can be applied to a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes and entertaining menus.

After preparing the meal, participants will gather to enjoy the dishes they've created together, experiencing the flavors of Provence in a relaxed farm setting.

By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with new culinary techniques, recipe inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for the traditions of southern French cooking.
