Papua New Guinea
Roast: Full-City+ (Medium-Dark)
Processing Method: Washed, Patio Dried
Varietal: Bourbon, Typica, Bourbon
Flavor Profile: Mild citus, dark chocolate, toffee, toasted nuts.
Foundry Blend
This hardworking blend reflects the blue collar, no nonsense history of Vermilion County.  It's bold and powerful. You got a problem with that?  We didn't think so.
