During this fun and informative class, you will learn some basics about cheeses, cheese styles, and how to describe flavors and textures. We will sample some of our favorites wines and craft beers and give you some tips and guidelines for creating cheese and wine and cheese and beer pairings.  We will demystify cheese and beverage pairings and give the confidence to create your own for sharing with friends and family over the holidays.
