About Your Presenter

Emily Harmon is a Family Life Educator with Illinois Extension serving Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, and Vermilion Counties. A Champaign County native, Emily earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Eastern Illinois University and specializes in healthy living and healthy aging programming for older adults.

Emily is passionate about providing resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions to improve their overall well-being. Her areas of expertise include brain health, aging, social-emotional health, and estate planning. She is a certified Real Colors Facilitator and Farm Stress Train-the-Trainer, and serves with the United Way Emerging Community Leaders of Champaign County.
