Moonlgo is a raw goat milk "tomme" style cheese. Semi-hard with a supple texture, it has flavor notes of tropical fruit (pineapple) and nuts. It's great for slicing and melting.  Awarded a silver medal in the ACS Farmstead Cheese category in 2023. Available by the whole or half wheel. Whole wheels weigh 5.0 pounds on average.
