Create a cheerful mosaic bee while discovering the colorful art of mosaic in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop. In the Mosaic Bee Workshop, you'll learn the foundational techniques of mosaic art as you transform colorful glass tiles into an adorable bee that will brighten your home or garden.

Whether you're completely new to mosaics or simply looking for a relaxing creative experience, this hands-on workshop offers a welcoming environment to explore color, texture, and design while learning a timeless art form.

What You'll Do

Using a pre-designed bee template and a variety of colorful mosaic tiles, you'll create your own decorative mosaic from start to finish. You'll learn how to select and arrange tiles, securely adhere them to your surface, mix and apply grout, and clean away the excess to reveal your finished design.

Throughout the workshop, you'll receive step-by-step instruction and plenty of guidance as you experiment with color, pattern, and composition to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

By the end of class, you'll leave with a completed mosaic bee ready to display or gift.

Parking & Location:

You can find general parking in the gravel lot. An ADA parking pad is available south of the Farm house. The classroom is located in the white building with the black trim west of the gardens. Check in at the Farm store in the front of the building.
