July 3rd Saturday Evening 4-8PM

Celebrate Independence Day weekend on the farm with an all-American menu of barbeque beef brisket from our "big daddy' smoker and buttermilk- fried, free range chicken from Triple S farms. Undeniably, we will have a great selection of side dishes prepared with vegetables from the garden, fruit tea, house-made gelato and berry desserts.

  • Marinated herbed chevre rounds with tomato jam and whole grain crackers
  • Quesadillas with sheep milk ricotta, squash blossoms and epazote

  • Red currant and apple mint spritzer

  • Sweet corn and tomato salad with basil and sheep milk feta
  • Green bean slaw
  • Chef Alisa's secret recipe for buttermilk fried chicken
  • Slow smoked beef brisket with black currant barbeque sauce
