The young and talented chefs of “Sunday Dinner Club of Chicago” fame Christine and Josh will transport their creative culinary exploits to Central Illinois. They plan to cook up a veritable Piscean feast including Illinois River Buffalo fish, fresh water prawns from Southern Illinois and sustainably farm-raised striped bass. Time: 4-8PM.

Second Course: Grilled Striped Bass with Crispy Jude Becker Pork Belly, Braised Greens and Shell Beans
