We're happy to announce the arrival of the newest addition to the Prairie Fruits Farm family:

It's a baby BOY!
Alisa DeMarco, our head chef and cheesemaker extraordinaire, gave birth to a beautiful, healthy, long and lean (7 lbs 11 oz; 22 inches long) baby boy on Monday evening, October 9th. Coleman Ryss Dimpsey, aka "Baby Cole," is already smiling (as you can see above). Mother, dad (Jeff) and baby are all doing fine.
